Portrait photographer and photographic materials dealer, 133 High Street, Crawley. Parsons was in business by 1905 and continued until at least 1930, but issued very few postcards. A borderless black and white real photographic of the George V Coronation proclamation at Crawley on June 22, 1911, has a boldly handwritten caption on the photograph and is stamped on the back in purple ink: "Parsons Photo Crawley". He also published a real photographic card of the prize shield won by the Crawley Town Band at a competition in Horsham in 1906, and others with printed captions showing the Band in 1911 and 1913. A card of a band in a crowd-filled street posted in 1907 is rather curiously labelled "Horsham Recreation".

The 1919 Electoral Register records that Parsons was married and his wife was called Mary Eliza.
